CPA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,988 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL, RCL1, and PDE5A. Each is linked with CPA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA1-to-partner and partner-to-CPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPA1 versus VCL in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
