Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,625 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG1A, KCNJ15, and SHROOM1. Each is linked with CPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA1-to-partner and partner-to-CPA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPA1 versus REG1A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
