CPA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 503 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFI1, ATP2A3, and RNU6-921P. Each is linked with CPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA1-to-partner and partner-to-CPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFI1 grouped by CPA1-low versus CPA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
