Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, 14-3-3_beta, and Heregulin. Each is linked with CPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA1-to-partner and partner-to-CPA1 results are reported.
