Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 835 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, Immune response-regulating cell surface receptor signaling pathway, and Development of primary male sexual characteristics. Each is linked with CPA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA1-to-partner and partner-to-CPA1 results are reported.
