CPA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 185 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM30, GLRA4, and CCL18. Each is linked with CPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA1-to-partner and partner-to-CPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM30 grouped by CPA1-low versus CPA1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
