The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher COX8C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COX8C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and LUSC are the cancer types where COX8C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
