COX8A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX8A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OOEPP1, MIR548D2, and RNU6-508P. Each is linked with COX8A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX8A-to-partner and partner-to-COX8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OOEPP1 grouped by COX8A-low versus COX8A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
