Across TCGA cell cohorts, COX8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,643 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX8A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, succinate to ubiquinone, Positive regulation of type B pancreatic cell development, and Positive regulation of attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with COX8A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX8A-to-partner and partner-to-COX8A results are reported.
