COX7A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX7A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX7A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND6P20, MIR4705, and MIR4438. Each is linked with COX7A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX7A2-to-partner and partner-to-COX7A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND6P20 grouped by COX7A2-low versus COX7A2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX7A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX7A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
