COX7A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX7A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,341 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX7A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDH13, CNRIP1, and COL6A1. Each is linked with COX7A1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX7A1-to-partner and partner-to-COX7A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX7A1 versus CDH13 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX7A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX7A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
