Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX6CP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,479 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX6CP14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NR2C2, MTA2, and CDC123. Each is linked with COX6CP14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX6CP14-to-partner and partner-to-COX6CP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX6CP14 versus NR2C2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX6CP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX6CP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
