Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX6A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,296 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX6A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R1A_S67, RPRD2, and TGFBRAP1. Each is linked with COX6A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX6A2-to-partner and partner-to-COX6A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX6A2 versus PPP1R1A_S67 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX6A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX6A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
