Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX5AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,601 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX5AP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle coating, Protein insertion into membrane, and Protein localization to mitochondrion. Each is linked with COX5AP1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX5AP1-to-partner and partner-to-COX5AP1 results are reported.
