Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COX5AP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated COX5AP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher COX5AP1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COX5AP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and LIHC show a favorable association.

READ, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where COX5AP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
