COX5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1213P, CT45A3, and FAM25G. Each is linked with COX5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX5A-to-partner and partner-to-COX5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1213P grouped by COX5A-low versus COX5A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
