COX4I2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX4I2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,604 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX4I2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, TNS2, and RASIP1. Each is linked with COX4I2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX4I2-to-partner and partner-to-COX4I2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX4I2 versus PRKG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX4I2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX4I2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
