Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, COX4I2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,124 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX4I2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEIS2, CCT7, and GPR87. Each is linked with COX4I2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX4I2-to-partner and partner-to-COX4I2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEIS2 grouped by COX4I2-low versus COX4I2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX4I2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX4I2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
