COX20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,564 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX20-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9Q2, MIR8062, and IGHV1OR15-6. Each is linked with COX20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX20-to-partner and partner-to-COX20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX20→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
