COX19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX19-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4306, MIR3927, and IL21. Each is linked with COX19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX19-to-partner and partner-to-COX19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4306 grouped by COX19-low versus COX19-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX19→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
