COX19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COX19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,265 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of unfolded protein, Meiotic attachment of telomere to nuclear envelope, and Meiotic telomere tethering at nuclear periphery. Each is linked with COX19 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX19-to-partner and partner-to-COX19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Maintenance of unfolded protein grouped by COX19-low versus COX19-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX19→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
