Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, COX17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX17-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1C, SLC5A8, and OR10A6. Each is linked with COX17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX17-to-partner and partner-to-COX17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE1C grouped by COX17-low versus COX17-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX17→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
