Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COX11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COX11 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher COX11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COX11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, KIRP, and SKCM are the cancer types where COX11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
