COX11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,039 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, STXBP4, and VEZF1. Each is linked with COX11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX11-to-partner and partner-to-COX11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX11 versus SMAD4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
