Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,470 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLSCR4, CNRIP1, and TSPAN2. Each is linked with COX11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX11-to-partner and partner-to-COX11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX11 versus PLSCR4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
