COX11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 666 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6851, TMEM138, and TIMM8B. Each is linked with COX11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX11-to-partner and partner-to-COX11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6851 grouped by COX11-low versus COX11-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
