COX11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX11-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, Fibronectin, and Heregulin. Each is linked with COX11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX11-to-partner and partner-to-COX11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by COX11-low versus COX11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
