Across TCGA cell cohorts, COX11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,677 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, Microtubule polymerization, and Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with COX11 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX11-to-partner and partner-to-COX11 results are reported.
