COX10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,031 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELAC2, NCOR1, and NCBP3. Each is linked with COX10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX10-to-partner and partner-to-COX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX10 versus ELAC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
