COX10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9. Each is linked with COX10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX10-to-partner and partner-to-COX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by COX10-low versus COX10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
