Across TCGA cell cohorts, COX10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,361 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process, rRNA methylation, and Mitochondrial ribosome assembly. Each is linked with COX10 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX10-to-partner and partner-to-COX10 results are reported.
