COX10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COX10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 227 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf52, GCAT, and ANKRD54. Each is linked with COX10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX10-to-partner and partner-to-COX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C5orf52 grouped by COX10-low versus COX10-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
