Across TCGA patient cohorts, COTL1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,836 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COTL1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adaptive thermogenesis, Protein complex oligomerization, and Neutral amino acid transport. Each is linked with COTL1P1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COTL1P1-to-partner and partner-to-COTL1P1 results are reported.
