CORT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP99, MTND6P20, and IGKV1OR9-2. Each is linked with CORT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORT-to-partner and partner-to-CORT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP99 grouped by CORT-low versus CORT-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
