Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CORT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,392 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CORT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MASP2, FAM229A, and SRSF11. Each is linked with CORT in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORT-to-partner and partner-to-CORT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CORT versus MASP2 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
