Across TCGA cell cohorts, CORT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,272 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CORT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Negative regulation of mRNA processing, and Microtubule nucleation. Each is linked with CORT in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORT-to-partner and partner-to-CORT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome grouped by CORT-low versus CORT-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
