Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CORO7-PAM16 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CORO7-PAM16 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CORO7-PAM16 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CORO7-PAM16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where CORO7-PAM16 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
