Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CORO2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CORO2B data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher CORO2B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CORO2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
STAD, KIRP, and COAD are the cancer types where CORO2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
