CORO2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,069 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OLFML3, SEPTIN7, and SORBS3. Each is linked with CORO2B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO2B-to-partner and partner-to-CORO2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CORO2B versus OLFML3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
