CORO2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,300 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX, SGCA, and PRELP. Each is linked with CORO2B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO2B-to-partner and partner-to-CORO2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CORO2B versus SRPX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
