Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CORO2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CORO2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPACA1, HCRTR2, and CARTPT. Each is linked with CORO2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO2B-to-partner and partner-to-CORO2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPACA1 grouped by CORO2B-low versus CORO2B-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
