CORO2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,378 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NANS, TRIM14, and PTPN3. Each is linked with CORO2A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO2A-to-partner and partner-to-CORO2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CORO2A versus NANS in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
