CORO2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CORO2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR101, OR1A2, and RNASE9. Each is linked with CORO2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO2A-to-partner and partner-to-CORO2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR101 grouped by CORO2A-low versus CORO2A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
