Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CORO1A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CORO1A data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher CORO1A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CORO1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC and STAD are the cancer types where CORO1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
