CORO1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,518 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORO1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SASH3, WAS, and CD37. Each is linked with CORO1A in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO1A-to-partner and partner-to-CORO1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CORO1A versus SASH3 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
