Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORO1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,539 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CORO1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, GRAP2, and NCF4. Each is linked with CORO1A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORO1A-to-partner and partner-to-CORO1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CORO1A versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORO1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORO1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
