COQ9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,719 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COQ9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CIAPIN1, PSME3IP1, and WWP2. Each is linked with COQ9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ9-to-partner and partner-to-COQ9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COQ9 versus CIAPIN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COQ9→partner) and Y-score (partner→COQ9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
