Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COQ6-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and FoxM1. Each is linked with COQ6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ6-to-partner and partner-to-COQ6 results are reported.
