Across TCGA cell cohorts, COQ6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,746 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COQ6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Telomere organization, and mRNA 5'-splice site recognition. Each is linked with COQ6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ6-to-partner and partner-to-COQ6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome grouped by COQ6-low versus COQ6-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
