COQ4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COQ4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,696 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COQ4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2B, PTPA, and SEC16A. Each is linked with COQ4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COQ4-to-partner and partner-to-COQ4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COQ4 versus PRRC2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COQ4→partner) and Y-score (partner→COQ4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
